Return & Refund Policy (Clothing)

We offer a 30-day return period. To request a return, contact us at nightwraith.contact@gmail.com.

Return Eligibility

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the product is confirmed defective, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized clothing

  • Any item not in original condition

Exchanges

If you want a different size or item, request a return first. Once approved, you may place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the EU may cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags.

Refunds

Refunds are not allowed, except when an item is confirmed defective. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
